MOBILE SPA FAQ

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE WATER AND ELECTRICITY?

Yes. We require access to a standard outdoor water spigot and a regular electrical outlet. We bring all hoses, extension cords, and professional detailing equipment needed to complete the service.

HOW LONG DOES A FULL MOBILE DETAIL TAKE?

Service times vary depending on the package selected and vehicle size. Most appointments take between 2–5 hours. Larger vehicles and premium packages may require additional time to ensure every detail meets our quality standards.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand plans change. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. In case of inclement weather, we will proactively reach out to reschedule your mobile car spa experience for the next available slot.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR MAINTENANCE MEMBERSHIPS?

Our bi-weekly and monthly maintenance plans are available exclusively to clients who have first completed an Xclusive Signature Detail. This ensures your vehicle starts at our highest standard before entering a maintenance program.

IS PET HAIR REMOVAL INCLUDED?

Light pet hair may be removed during standard detailing services. Excessive pet hair removal may require an additional add-on depending on the condition of the vehicle.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY DETAILING SERVICE?

Payment can be completed securely online during the booking process or in person after your service is completed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Our goal is to make the payment process simple, secure, and convenient.
